gallery collective from Cologne for a groupshow at the spacious MAD Brussels
BCC is an informal and public encounter between emerging galleries from Brussels
and Cologne, two cities with a long and passionate tradition of caring about and
collecting art.
BCC aims to be a low-profile exchange in order to promote young artists. It is not an
art fair. Every gallery is invited to present a single artist.

The BCC award has been established to encourage young and emerging talent,
and will be awarded to one of the BCC 2013 artists. The award includes a solo show at ‘CENTRALE’ for Contemporary Art in Brussels, and 1000 Euro prize money.

The laureate will be chosen by the BCC Committee, which comprises of Tobias
Arndt (Collector), Tanguy Eeckhout (Curator Dhondt-Dhaenens Museum), Katerina
Gregos (Curator & writer, Artistic Director of Art Brussels), Dimitri Jeurissen (Founding
Partner & CEO Base Design) and Vanessa Joan Müller (Curator).

Admission to the exhibition at MAD Brussels is free of charge.
